How Zoomy works
One flow for every job on the platform, from a single chair to a full clearout. Six stages, and you can see where you are in all of them.

Describe the job
Tell Zoomy what is moving or going away, where it starts, and where it ends. A sofa is a sofa job and a whole apartment is an apartment job — the description is the input to the price, so there is no walkthrough call and no callback.

See the real price
The total is computed from the job you described and shown before you commit to anything. It is a price, not an estimate: the amount you accept is the amount you are charged.

Book it
Confirm when the price and time work for you. Your booking goes out to Zoomy drivers, and a crew accepts the job.

Track it live
Once a crew is on the job you follow it on the map — heading to pickup, loading, en route, arriving. No calling around to ask where things stand.

Photo proof at both ends
The crew photographs the items at pickup and again at drop-off. If a question ever comes up about how something was handled, there is a record instead of a memory.

Pay in the app
Payment is card-based and handled by Stripe. Card details never touch Zoomy's servers, and there is nothing to settle in cash when the crew leaves.
Questions people ask first
- Is the price an estimate?
- No. The price shown before you book is the price charged. If the job you described is the job that happens, the number does not move.
- Who does the work?
- Zoomy is a marketplace: jobs are carried out by drivers and crews on the platform, and the driver pool keeps the majority share of every fare.
- Where is Zoomy available?
- Availability depends on your pickup location and is shown when you enter it in the booking flow. If your area is not bookable yet, Zoomy tells you there instead of taking the booking.
- Can I cancel a booking?
- Yes. Cancellation terms, including how refunds work before and after a crew accepts the job, are laid out in the Terms of Service.
